Don’t let your handsomeness be causality in this whole quarantine. I would like to stop the madness by going over what good looking guys never do during the quarantine. And, It includes all the essentials: grooming for men, Exercises and Do’s and Don’ts of your daily life.

1. Get skinny fat

I know a lot of time eating crappy food goes hand-in-hand with being bored. Don’t run around snacking and adding thousands of empty calories to your diet. Do not stop working out it’s critical for both your mind and body during this time.

2. Use alcohol as a coping mechanism

It’s a bad habit, empty calories, and a depressant to boot. Instead, manage your health and stress through healthy means like exercising and sticking to a routine. Structure adds normalcy. Above all, Alcohol will make you gain weight like crazy so it is just better to avoid it at all costs.

3. Forgetting to drink enough water

Set a goal to drink water at least a gallon(4 Litres) a day. As you know drinking a ton of water has a lot of benefits some of them are: It helps your skin keep refreshed and healthy. It can help you get rid of the dark circles you get from binge-watching all night. At last, It is very important for the health of your hair.

4. Let themselves go

You need to maintain proper body hair management. Now is the time to experiment with different facial hair. Keep up your grooming routine take care of your skin, hair, and body. For men grooming should be habitual and done regularly.

5. Look like a slob and stay in lounge-wear all-day

Stay on your normal routine by getting up and getting dressed for the day (even your shoes).  You’ll be put into the mindset of success. Exercising can keep you calm when restlessness kicks in from doing nothing all day. Moreover, It will keep the sense of your usual routine before the quarantine.
